اس اسلامی مضمون کو ہم ترتیب کے لحاظ سے پہلے نمبر پر رکھیں گے اور دوسرا بہترین کوشش جو علماء کرام کی رہی ہے وہ یہ ہے کہ اسلامی مسائل کو ایک جگہ اکھٹا کرنا۔ نیز اس کے بارے میں تمام اختلافات کو بھی ذکر کر دینا اور پھر اس میں اپنی رائے بھی ذکر کرنا۔ اس انداز سے کہ ہم نے اپنی سرچ کے درمیان یہ ثبوت پایا ہے۔ اس کے بعد میں اپنی ناقص عقل کے مطابق کہتا ہوں کہ کسی بھی محدث کو یہ کہتے ہوئے نہیں سنا کہ وہ اپنی طرف سے کسی مسئلہ میں کہتا ہو کہ یہی درست ہے۔

جب بھی علماء کسی مسئلہ کا ذکر کرتے ہیں تو وہ اس بات کو لازمی بتاتے ہیں کہ اس سلسلہ میں درج ذیل دلائل موجود پائے گئے ہیں۔ پھر وہ تمام دلائل کا ذکر کرتے ہیں۔ جب تمام دلائل دے چکے تو پھر ان کا جائزہ لیتے ہیں۔ اور تذکرہ کرتے ہیں کہ ان میں فلاں دلائل فلاں کے نزدیک یہ حیثیت رکھتے ہیں۔ اس میں زیادہ تر صحیح اور ضعیف احادیث کا اختلاف پایا جاتا ہے۔
